We roast our coffee in small batches, only roast to order, and ship within 72 hours of your purchase. This is our promise to you. We believe in the quality of our beans and the consistency of our roast. We want you to feel equally confident when ordering from us. So, if you receive coffee that does not exceed your expectations, we will provide a full refund. No questions asked.

Our subscriptions require some amount of flexibility because of our need to manage various schedules. So, we create weekly blocks to roast our subscription coffees. Those fluctuate each week, but will remain consistent within your schedule. For instance:

If you order a monthly subscription on the 10th of the month, we are going to ship your first batch immediately. But your next shipment will fall into the next month’s week #1  shipment.

If you happened to order monthly subscription on the 17th of the month, we are going ship your first batch immediately. But your next shipment will fall into the week #3 shipment.

All of this managed so that you aren’t receiving back-to-back roasts (w/ wasted freshness)…and so that you can expect your coffee at the same time each month.
